Addressing Long-term Needs Through Sponsorship

Your long-term staffing needs solution can best be addressed by INR-Staffing. As with all current immigration situations, processing time will vary depending upon the type of visa requested and the status of the particular nurse.

International nurses must be sponsored by an employer to qualify for a visa to enter the United States. To practice nursing in the U.S., International RNs must also have obtained either CGFNS Certification or have passed the NCLEX examination. In addition, candidates must obtain a Visa Screen Certification.  We will actively assist the nurses to complete these requirements, and can provide preparatory materials to ensure their success on these examinations. All international nurses, except those that are from countries exempt by CGFNS, will be required to pass the English Proficiency Component of CGFNS. As a result, you can be assured that all candidates are fluent in speaking and writing the English language.

The process of applying for and obtaining a visa is cumbersome and confusing, and requires legal expertise. We recommend that you work with an immigration law firm that specializes in this area. Their fee is approximately $2,000. INR can recommend an immigration law firm to assist you, if you so desire.

Your facility will incur the costs associated with these nurses applying for and receiving immigrant visas (green cards), and initial housing and travel expenses. International Nurses Recruiting does not receive any of these monies.
